Mental Health Awareness Week - 18th to 24th May

2020 has been an eventful year so far and the new guidelines have meant that we have all experienced difficult periods with our social lives, freedom and ability to enjoy life and our emotional wellbeing. There are moments where the kindness we receive have lifted our spirits.

On these good days, where we feel uplifted, we can do the same for others. Here are some ideas to inspire you to show your appreciation for others that you can do for free.
